As a classical Pentecostal association, the PMA is dedicate to its roots of a supernatural baptism in the Holy Spirit evidenced initially by speaking in tongues and of a desire for and seeking sanctification of heart and life.  The PMA seeks to continue its purpose of founding and existing by emphasizing the need for purity and power in the lives of its participating ministers.
